Congress Venue

Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel at the Aqua Tower

The workshops and core Congress will be held at at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in downtown Chicago. Located in the Lakeshore East neighborhood on Columbus Drive, Aqua Tower offers spectacular views of the city, a variety of convenient amenities, and upscale accommodations.

Completed in 2009, Aqua Tower’s design draws influence from its impressive neighbor, Lake Michigan. The wave-like shape of each unique balcony provides guests with a view of the skyline, Millennium Park, or the Chicago Lakefront. Aqua boasts extensive meeting spaces with an elegant ballroom, as well as a spa and recreational facilities, a rooftop swimming pool, and a modern lifestyle garden. Minutes from the Magnificent Mile and Millennium Park, Aqua Tower is just a short walk from the best entertainment the Windy City has to offer.

Chicago Hotels

The Congress will be held at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel at the Aqua Tower, and CTBUH has negotiated very favorable, competitive rates at this hotel. Additional hotel rooms have also been negotiated at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, adjacent to the Radisson Blu in location. As a non-profit organization, CTBUH must guarantee a minimum number of rooms at the hotels, so delegates are urged to help reduce this risk to the Council by please staying at the conference hotels.

To book your hotel for the Congress click here for the Hyatt Regency Chicago booking website to check for available room and date options. Currently, the Radisson Blu Hotel is sold out. Delegates are encouraged to make their reservations at the Hyatt before October 4th to take advantage of the discounted room rate.
